Where do you ship?

We deliver to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Switzerland, Romania, Israel, and South Africa. We're considering opening up more regions in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing — shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden fees, and your total is always shown clearly at checkout.

How long until my order arrives?

• Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Transit: 5–7 business days
• Total: roughly 6–9 business days door to door

Delivery times are estimates and can shift due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage or defect. We'll review your case and offer a replacement or a full refund — with all return costs on us.

What condition must items be in for a refund?

Items need to come back unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: No — we cover the return shipping.
• Change of mind: Yes — the actual return shipping cost applies. This includes when the product doesn't fit, the wrong item was ordered, or you no longer want it.

How do I start a return?

1. Email info@everettgoods.com with your order number and a short explanation of why you'd like to return the product.
2. We'll review your request and send detailed instructions, including a prepaid shipping label where applicable.

What is your return policy?
